We had a wonderful time at north Texas dental today. The team was so helpful and kind! It was my daughter’s first time in a long time to the dentist and the entire team made sure she felt comfortable and took care of all her needs in the first visit. First I took the one parking space in front of the bldg that looked like my very own private space 😍! I had the best time at my dentist appt ever!   The cutest assistant and sharpest hygienist working on me!!!  My visit makes me wanna come back next month!!!  The place is just beautiful! Kelley is by far the best DH i’ve ever had in my adult life. She is kind friendly and very considerate to the patient’s needs. She is very alert at her skill set with tenderness and with complete command of her techniques to clean. She is one of those rare true blessings. Had a great experience at North Texas Dental! The staff was very warm, the facility was super clean and had coffee and water for us while we waited. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tran. She is so amazing with my kids. My son, who is on the spectrum, started out his visit for a filling in full panic mode. She was able to bring him out of that and complete the filling he needed done. It was his first time having dental work without being put to sleep. Other dentists have always required he be put to sleep, but she was patient with him and we are so thankful. She is always amazing with my daughter and myself as well. Highly highly recommend! I am 70 years old.  My dental work must be greater than regular cleanings and check ups. Dr. Chris has had to replace and crown teeth to save them. I am much more than pleased with the professionalism and costs of these procedures.  I have total trust in Dr. Chris and his staff of assistants. May I also add praise to the entire staff of North Texas Dental.  From the moment a patient enters the waiting room to the final contact in the visit, a patient is politely and cheerfully taken care of.  Unlike some offices that leave a client hanging without knowing what I do next, North Texas Dental guides the patient well concerning the next step.  The patient will always be informed as far as any necessary follow  up care.  to take place.  The staff meets regularly to construct a smooth visit for each patient. My eight-year-old boy chipped his tooth in half at the park on a Saturday. They were able to get us in Monday afternoon and fix his tooth the same day. You can’t even tell he chipped his tooth! Absolutely amazing experience here for my 8 year old. The entire staff is wonderful and kind. The visit was much quicker than most dental appointments, hardly waited at all in the waiting room and then they went straight to work. Went in for root canal and was surprisingly quite painless.  Dr Chris is very nice and professional.  I’ll be back for all other work. I had several jaw pain and dr Nguyen helped me so much.
